Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order
Shipping is free on all Luma Pixel orders. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping email with your tracking number once it's on its way.

Delivery time
Orders ship from the US. Most orders arrive within 6–10 days. Delivery can occasionally take longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and the holiday season.

Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show updates after you receive it — this is normal.

Late or missing orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, email us at support@lumapixel.store with your order number and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible — we can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
